The recently completed NZ Windows warehouse and office complex in the Tauriko Business Estate in Tauranga is a showcase of Classic Group’s businesses working together to create quality, sustainable outcomes.
With vast experience in property development, this project was led by Classic Developments, which worked closely with NZ Windows to establish a fit-for-purpose solution for the site. CBC Construction was contracted to complete the build, and the property was then sold to a syndicate of investors by Classic Collectives, who now also manage the property.
NZ Windows has been in business since 1990, specialising in the provision of aluminium windows for domestic, architectural, and commercial construction. The 3,435 m2 workshop and 450 m2 office space unify the two parts of the business, leaving room for future expansion. This is an example of creating a building that offers multi-faceted outcomes, being purposefully built for the client while remaining flexible to the needs of future tenants.
