Located across 13.8 beautiful hectares of land in Eastern Papamoa, this project is a joint venture between Classic Developments and Blue Haven Management.
East Quarter has been master-planned, to meet the demands of this key growth area of Bay of Plenty. Classic Developments is actively project managing this development through to completion, with the first stages of earthworks, civil works, infrastructure, and road construction well underway.
Upon completion, there will be a mix of standalone dwellings, terraced housing and apartments built by Classic Builders and various other group home builders. The vision for East Quarter is to create a seaside community, with easy access to a future town centre, and well connected to the main centers of the bay for work and amenities.
