I get out of bed every day to challenge myself and challenge the industry I'm working in. If I can instigate change that makes life better in some way for people, then I'm always excited to get to work.
I'm in the stage in my life where I want to drive innovation and create human solutions that support people to prosper and grow. If I'm doing that, then I'm succeeding.

I've been focused and driven from a very young age to do my best and succeed. The most important things in life to me now are simple. They're my family, my health, the success of my business and the people and partnerships it supports.

I strive each day to be the best I can be – for my family, for the business and my team. I love to drive and support the continuous growth and evolution in all these facets of my life; therefore, I don’t often sit still for long. I thrive on providing positive change and being healthy and active. Spending time with family and friends (and great shoes) are my rewards.

I have a passion for leadership and the positive impact good leadership can have on people’s lives. Personal and professional growth is so important and it’s so satisfying witnessing my family, friends, and colleagues push boundaries, learn, and succeed. And there must be laughter - because life is so much better with laughter.

I’m a family guy, grateful for all the life experiences and opportunities I have been afforded both personally, and professionally. What is important to me now is that my family and I can thrive in whatever we decide to do, and that I am creating value for the people I work with and for.

The most important thing in my life is people, spending quality time connecting with those I care about. I’m grateful for the opportunities I have been given so, far from education and travel to many life learnings.
It’s important to me that we fight convenience and do our bit to look after the world we live in. We are so lucky to live in a beautiful country and it’s our responsibility to take care of it.

I am motivated each day to improve myself in what I see as being the most important aspects of my life - family, profession, and health. And I’m grateful to work with passionate people in an environment where change is constant, ensuring we are always learning and growing as individuals and as a team.

I am drawn to progress and change, understanding over time that eternal optimism and a dash of activism runs through my veins. Life is as full as you make it and finding some balance is an endless dance for me, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m driven by the desire to create impactful good when on the tools with my work whanau, or off the clock with my children, family, friends, and community.
