We recently completed New Zealand Windows’ warehouse and office complex in Tauriko, a showcase of Classic Group businesses working together.
Having been in business together for 19 years now, it was pretty special to help a long-standing partner realise their vision for this project.
With vast experience in developing industrial land, this project was lead by Classic Developments, who worked with NZWindows to develop a fit-for-purpose solution for the site. CBC Construction was contracted to complete the build and the property was then sold to a syndication of investors by Classic Collectives, who now manage the property.
NZ Windows has been in business since 1990, specialising in the provision of aluminium windows for domestic, architectural, and commercial constructions. The 3,435m2 workshop and 450m2 office space unify the two parts of the business with room for future expansion.
This is an example of creating a building that offers multi-faceted outcomes, representative of the Group’s flexibility and how we are working towards building better lives for people.
