We are pretty proud of our team who came home from the Property Industry Awards last week with an Excellence award.
Entered into the Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award category, The Vines Clubhouse was a significant team effort, drawing in the expertise and capability of multiple Classic businesses – Classic Developments, CBC Construction, and Classic Life.
The award honors the conversion and transformation of Tauranga’s iconic Mills Reef winery building into a vibrant Clubhouse for the residents of The Vines Retirement Village. And it truly is a beauty.
With a footprint of over 2000sqm, the clubhouse now offers a variety of features, including comfortable social spaces including a cafe and lounge, a dedicated wellness area, a theater, a library, a heated indoor pool, a spa, a gymnasium, as well as indoor and outdoor bowling facilities and hairdressing and beautician services.
