Parewaitai Village
In the heart of Papamoa lies a new place of peace and harmony, care and support. The vision for this unique coastal village is for it to become a place that provides stability and comfort for all residents.
Parewaitai Village is the outcome of collaboration and partnership between Parewaitai Estates, Kensway Consultants Ltd and Classic Group. Classic Life is acting as an advisor, giving support for the operation of the village, while the villas are being built by Classic Builders. Development and construction of the village began in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 2029, consisting of 110 independent villas, a clubhouse, community cen tre, apartment block and a contemporary Aged Care Facility.
Stage 1 sold rapidly, with 13 villas occupied within the first year. The village continues to sell well, and there is many opportunities for future residents.
