Hapori Park is being developed on 18 hectares of land that was formerly home to The Church College of New Zealand, owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints Trust Board.
The Church engaged Classic Developments to assist in repurposing this land, to create more housing opportunities in the existing Temple View community.
The vision for this development was shared between The Church, Classic Developments and Classic Builders. Utilising our capabilities across Classic Group allowed for a cohesive outcome across this project.
Homes with section sizes between 320m2 and 490m2 and a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms are available. Additional phases including a retail area are currently being planned. While set in rural surroundings, Hapori Park is only a short drive to the city, which makes this development a unique offering for Hamilton homeowners.
